PAYTM : 8k

My 8000 rupees court transfer to someone I don't know how from my Paytm account on its own and when I called customer care of the Paytm they said the only person who can refund to your amount is the receiver.

Now when I try to call on that number that number is either switched off or not reachable.

This incident happened 2 years ago.

And now after two years when I tried that number someone picked it and when I asked them to return the money they said they don't have a Paytm account and ther was it seemed that they the receiver was from some village and with no knowledge of PAYTM.

How can I proceed with it?

1. You have upto aggregate THREE years to  file a grievance petition against PAYTM, in the local Consumer Court, for their illegal trade practice, negligence, deficiency, harassment, intimidation, cheating etc.... with proper documentary evidences and you can claim damages /compensation & interest on your investment, and for your physical & mental trauma.
