I joined in Civil Aviation Department in the year 1979. On conversion of PSU by the parliment act NAA was formed in 1986. On enmass trasfer all the employess are trransfered to NAA on service conditions o..f govt. till we are obsorbed in NAA. In the year 1989 May I was promoted as Assistant Technical officer on adhoc basis. On my retirment (Technical resignation) on 1-10-1989 I was drawing the pay of Rs 2000/= in the pay band 2000-60-3500. As per OM No:38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 1-9-2008 my pension in no case shall be lower than 50% of the sum of minimum payin the paybend and the grade pay theron. On the other hand my pension was fixed in the earlier post. Request advised whether I am eligible to get the 50% of pension on the pay I hav drawn on the day of retirement. Thanks
