Perjury application must be decided first before proceeding

1. It isa genuine Judgment from LKO Bench of ALD HC. 
2. You have to RTI Allahabad HC and request for true Copy from its Lucknow bench. Search RTI procedure of UP Courts and may act accordingly as it is slightly different Fees wise.
3. It is not Citated in any of the Reporters as yet inspite of being decided on 09-01-2003.

Be it so, would you agree that both parties to a marriage put atleast 15% perjury as per sum total paras of their matters in Court since it is family matter and without which process of Court cannot initiate - service further?

In my case she mentioned my wrong correspondence address while filing the DV case and got ex part order and in other cases which were filed later she herself has confirmed that I was out of India that time and tenants were staying in the flat. now she has filed the application for case withdrawl which not yet ordered..I want to submit the purjuiry application before judge pass the order to close the case and want to use this judgement to support my application.

Does anyone has the true copy of this judgement?

As you say and allow me to quote you “she wants to withdraw cases and Judge has not ordered…”

My thinking are; why file “perjury” when she is withdrawing cases and what good you will get in appearing number of times in various Court(s) to push “perjury” when complainant is not interested to pursue her own case?

she has withdrawn the case just for her comfort and just don't want to allow me to meet my son..she knows that I am ready to fight the cases and my son is the only weak point which is only tool to harrass me..now she is working at my city and travelling to her parental place is hard for her also..withdrawing this case doesn't mean that she has withdrawn all the cases..she is still lodging the false police complaints..and now she has the another DV case to start which she already has filed at my city.I want this purjuiry application just to have some pressure on her also. judfge is very much interested to pass the order in her favor to withdraw the case as he also don't want to take the burden of passing the visitation order.

Please tell me what are the possibility which can work in this case.
