y6ou might be having some acr/apar wherein you may have fiiled your resume and which would have been agreed by higher officers.  Take copies under RTI and use as experience certificate.

Dear sir

As mentioned earlier the company (psu)has denied Noc to apply for a job in Upsc...Upsc have not asked for any Noc from the psu but to intimate which i have already done....The company has no problems if i resign and they are  NOT ready to give experience certificate

Queries.

1) If i get selected for the upsc post , company (psu) HR THREATENED me that u will loose job in psu and upsc wont appoint u.

2) Whether Upsc will ask/verify  Noc or any communication from the parent PSU at the time of appointment.

3) Whether PSU has any right to recommend to upsc that dont appoint the candidate..

whether they have conveyed any objection to the UPSC within stipulated period?
