Permission to sue as Indigent

When can a person, who is permitted to file plaint as indigent person, BE CEASES TO BE INDIGENT ?

What are his advantages/disadvantages of being indigent person ?

Can the order of permission to file as indigent person asked to reverse at a later stage ?

Under Order 33   CPC .There is no disadvantge if the Petition allowed  or dismissed -

The  COURT FEE  payment will be exempted - if the party is unable ot pay th COURT  FEE  accordign to his /her  means / resources . 

Person who is unable to patyy court fee and having no means/resources  to pay the Court Fee can file the petition

 if it is found at later stage  as misrepresentation or that perosn suprressed his means to pay the Court Fee , the permission orders can be recalled.
