Hi this is Santosh Bache i and my one of my friend is guaranter of our freind Jagdish Mudale, he had taken a personal loan from the saraswat bank of Rs.1,25000/- and he paid around 15 months of Emi so after that he had not paying any amount of the loan , so now we are in trouble , we gone in the police station for making a NC ( Fraud Case ) on him but they also not taking any action due to civil case , so also we traced his home but his family also not responding on this . so now bank is asking their payment from us(Guaranter) . Is there any legal process on this.
please let me know ASAP.
