Personal loan and credit card bill

Dear Sir,

This is DVS Prasad Raju from Vijayawada , Andhra Pradesh Iam working in private organisations as a assistant manager. 2015 I take personal loan from HDFC bank for family expenses 3.9 Laks .then I pay continuely monthly EMIs on time but some family issues I resigned my job on Aug 2017 ..till now no job Iam searching for new job...till iam financialy Iam struggling with family . recently Iam received one notice from advocate.no any properties lands house on me ..please give solution how to get some time for paying

Dear querist,

Please share copy of notice at below mail id.

As a general rule if you take money from someone you must repay it is your liability morally as well as legally.

As this PL and no other assets as collateral then bank will try to settle matter and will wave some amount of interest.

present situation base not paying 1rs in this position ..I will seraching for good job then i will continue my EMI s ..now very harase and calls from bank ..really Iam struggling and suffering with and financial crisis...sir please help me
