Petition not pressed vs withdrawn

Can some one let me know what is the diffrence between not presses and withdraw of petition? If we "not press " the petition after the counter field by the other party can I take certified copy of that counter and use it in further court?

Dear Jack,

Not pressed means either withdrawl of application by applicant or petition dismissed by court by accepting the memo not pressed.

Yes you can take the certified copy of entire order sheet and case papers and use it in other court proceedings.

Precisely. You can take certified copies and use it in any number of proceedings.

You can take certified copies at any stage of case.
