Please advise in the following case:
a) One contract worker started working on 08.08 2011 and met an fatal accident on 18.08.2011.
b) Concerned PF office refused to accept his FORM 5 and FORM 10.
Please let me know the Sections of the Act in support of this case and other case laws.
