Dear madam,

You can not file writ petition ( OIL) against the company for its mismanagement. But as an alternative remedy, you can approach competent authority like Registrar of companies and lodge compliant by way of representation if they fail to take any action, then you have every right file PIL making company as well as Registrar of companies as Respondents and there by maintain PIL.
