PLACE & DATE OF EXECUTION

WHENEVER WE SIGN THE AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN PARTIES WITHOUT ACTUALLY MEETING THEM WHAT WILL B THE DATE OF EXECUTION AND PLACE OF EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS .  CAN  I SEND THE AGREEMENT TO THE FORIGN PARTY SIGNING MY PART OF THE AGREEMENT  AND AFTER THEY SIGN THE SAME PUT THE PLACE AS INDIA  AND DATE  .  SHOULD I GET THE SAME NOTORISED TO CONFIRM THE GENUINENESS OF THE PERSON SIGNING THE SAME .

Agreement would be deemed to be concluded where the second party or the last party sign.

If both parties agree, you can put that place and date as agreed. 

Notarisation will be helpful where the notarisation of the document is required under law.

Otherwise mere notaraisation of a document can not taken as confirmation of genuineness.
