Respected experts, I had filed an FIR under 156(3) before the magistrate to direct the police to register a case and to necessary investigation of criminal offence of forgery. The petition was filed more than a month back . The magistrate has taken 3 date and I have before him in all the 3 dated when he says that he will forward the same to the concerned PS but doenot do that. Now he has again given me a date 2 weeks later. Is this the system to forward an FIR to a PS or he is just playing a delaying tactics? What should be done? Should I file a petition for transferring it to some other magistrate? Kindly guide.
i think the magistrate is hesitating because either he is bought or is under pressure of some kind. in this case, i think you better go to the media to highlight you case. it is under media pressure, the court might move.
