Please help

I GOT AN EX PARTE DIVORCE DECREE ON CRUETLY (BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL) IN DECEMBER 2010 IN THE LOCAL FAMILY COURT AS SHE DID NOT ATTEND THE  PROCEEDINGS DESPITE SUMMONS AND KNOWLEDGE. LATER ON SHE APPEALED IN THE SAME COURT FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY AND SETTING ASIDE THE EX PARTE DECREE.HOWEVER BOTH WERE REJECTED . AS IT WAS EX PARTE NO TERMS OR CONDITIONS WERE FIXED. SHE IS STILL LIVING IN MY HOUSE BUT I WAS FORCED TO RESIDE ELSE WHERE DUE TO HER TORTURES. MY MOTHER WHO IS A CANCER PATIENT IS STAYING WITH HER IN THE HOUSE AMIDST TORTURES. FATHER IS A NOTORIOUS PERSON WHO IS INSTIGATING HER NOT TO VACATE THE HOUSE. HE EVEN TRIED TO OCCUPY THE HOUSE TWICE BY BREAKING OPEN THE DOORS.

MY WIFE FILED A PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT AGAINST THE DIVORCE GRANTED IN MY FAVOUR BY THE FAMILY COURT.

THE HIGH COURT HAS SET ASIDE THE DIVORCE DECREE (INSPITE OF SHOWING SUFFICIENT PROOFS THAT SHE WAS SERVED WITH NOTICE AND HAD KNOWLEDGE) AND SENT BACK TO CASE TO THE FAMILY COURT WITH NOTE TO DISPOSE OFF THE CASE AT THE EARLIEST. KINDLY ADVISE  ME WITH SOME GOOD STRETEGY . ALSO PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME GOOD JUDGEMENTS.

KINDLY TREAT THIS AS VERY URGENT.

What "out of the box" strategies and judgments are you seeking? Contest your case like you did prevously and win it on merit. As simple as that.

Thanks. Grateful if you could let me have a few judgments on divorce on cruelty very similar to my case. Regards.
