It means that the case has been contested and cannot be filed again on the dispute against the same parties. However, it was withdrawn by the plaintiff without offering any evidence and therefore is the equivalent of a dismissal.

Its a trap case by CBI, Red-handed (bribery), i newly joined the department.. my condition is worst as all time feeling tense...
need the way to withdraw this case/ dispose it... else this life will be wastage for me... 7 months hast finished.... from seven moneths my life is like hell.
