from last 2 and half year i had working with Agriculture Insurance company of India( a PSU) as a Assistant Administrative officer(AAO). My joing date is 14 oct 2013 and pay revision is due from date 1 Aug 2012. Now i have given resignation form company on 4 Dec 2015 and i am serving 3 months notice period.on 23rd jan 2016 Insuarnce sector wage revision is approved by govt. and in gazzatte it has been mention that those who have resigned from company during period(1 aug 2012 till notification publication) will not be given pay hike arrers. what should i do? can i challenge this in labour law court. please anybody advise me that weather it is a relevant case or not? should i go futher in court or not? is there any possibilty for me to get revision arrears or is there any old judgement by court in such case??
