You are in the trouble neckdeep.  You are not supposed to marry without give divorce to your first wife.  And marrying when 498a is also pending...means ... inviting more trouble.  No solution for your problem.  Your first wife shall show mercy on you, there is no other way legally.

dear ,you are really in trouble as you had done marriage before geting the divorce from first one ,in this case your second marriage is void and your son is also illigimate one.

dnt expose your second marriage before the court and apply for divorce .

If i compromise and i returened to my first wife. what about my second wife child. whether he will get any benifit or not. Plase guide me sir. If your second wife was not married any one before marrying you, then do not declare anywhere that you married her.  Then your relationship with her will become adultery and your first wife is entitled to file divorce case against you and can get divorce.  You also want divorce with the first wife and so there is no problem for you.

If you have self acquired property, you can give it to anyone including your second wife and the child borne out of this relationship.
