My opinion is - win depends on the merit of the case.

You have already understood the drawbacks of marriages.

Look for a good unmarried woman and start leave-in relationship (Marry without any evidences) as it is legal in India.

That's not the solution MR Rocky, He is unnecessarily getting emotional, he has been advised umpteen times by the experts to fight the case,and he is not realising  that he has an ailing child to take care off.

I am so scared of women now. its better to fight, but in this country u can fight only. dont expect fair verdicts.

This is a divorce case (Civil Suit). If you loose, then at most you may not get divorce. What else ?
