Please urgent Suggestion on marriage

Hi,

Marriage is valid. There is no strong grounds to get divorce.

The Marriage photos, wedding card, and marriage certificate is required for divorce.

Thanks for quick reply,if we have Marriage photos, wedding card, and marriage certificate and her Date of birth certificate, Is that sufficient to apply for Divore.Please suggest.

And also at the time of marrige, for marriage expenses purpose,some amount taken from girls family and taken some photos the same. should these consider as Dowry if so how to procedd with situation.Please advice.

On what grounds you want to apply for divorce. Is it mutual consent or something else.  

if they paid you for marriage expenses then it is not considered as Dowry. You can prove it as marriage expanses on from both sides depending on the condition.  

Finally you need strongs grounds to get divorce. It is not as simple as. 

If it is mutual consent divorce you will get it.

Thanks for ur quick reply,its not mutual divorce.the what and all we need to prove to get divorce.Please clarify.and also if they argue marriage expenses as Dowry,what precautions we have to take for that.Thanks for ur time.
