CIVIL CASE-- AS PER HINDU LAW
My Father has sold 92 sq yards house to my Mother for Rs. 1000/ in the year 1966 and registered in sub registration office. And Father has expire in the year 1974

The Eleder brother has filed case against two brother for 1/3 share in the 92 sq yards of built area
I humble request you sir that am not aware the law so I needed the answer for the following point.
1. Before expire of my mother has gifted 60 sq yards with built up area 540 sft –
60 sq yards 540 sft has registered at sub-register office
2. remaning 32 sq yards who is eligible
3. in 32 sq yards of house second brother and two sister are staying
