I have took management seat in an engineering college in 2011..I have dropped out college in that year due to family emergencies..now I want my original certificates back.he is demanding remaining 3 years fee. There is no loss to colege as some management seats are left in the college...plz help what to do to get back my certificates.
Give a simple request through registered letter and complaint to registrar of concerned university and UGC/AICTE/Ministry of Education through written letterand lastly send a legal notice.
