Is it acceptable to make special power of attorney from "Daughter" to "Father" to exicute a sale deed of a residental property in chennai, (Because both are PIO (person of indian origin) and singapore citizen, holding singapore passports),

Is their any rule that attorner must be a Indian Resident...
