Police behaviour and how to face them

The police officials not terrifiying usually but most of us or u can say a its a comman man fear against the police officials wheather in regards ur quarry that they not register ur comlaint or FIR its becouse they are not bound to loudge FIR in each and every case as a matter of cognizable or non cognizable cases under Cr.p.c

The callousness of the police authority is because there is no accountabality on their part even if it is held latter on by the court that the police authority deliberately refused to registered case against the accused. The police authority takes shelter everytime under the straightjacket immunity given to them under the ailing indian police act or Cr.P.C. The judgement on police reform by the supreme court has also not made much difference apart from constituting a mock police accountability committee in few states only, by giving job after retirement to few blue eyed officersof the police department.

It is such police personnel who are diluting the criminal justice system. People should come forward to fight against such arrogant public servants who create an impression in the minds of innocent public that obtaining justice through legal means is a costly affair. Indian judicial officers are also indifferent towards such injustice done to the common man. Indian Citizens are constrained to  prepare for FREEDOM STRUGGLE -( II ).

We all are suffering because this country in reality is not ruled by the people but by the oligarchy of corrupted and vested interests. It has been rightly pointed out that immunity to police under Police Act and CrPC originally created by British colonial system has been kept intact by the similar oligarchy who was transfered power by the British.

Please dont fear by police your also having your rights and every body having thier own rights without thier fult nobody care about in any one .if you pressure to you please compliant against police  to Human right commissioner  otr direct file to near by local court other than simply quit cops blackmailing to you actualy in our police system in india where is money theire isjustice  no money no justice  . you have fight  to them then only they would be quits

please don't be afraid....this is as simple. They  should show you teh legal notice rather than scaring you so donot worry until you see a legal notice.  ....its s monkey and man race. You are scared, they will scare you more. Do all the work stress free.  You do not use hard language in return rather be polite and just listen with out showing fear....We got many such call but nothing happened. Empower with the knowledge reading more for each step you are scared.....BTW for what they are scaring you?

Note: Do not show your fear to your lawyer. You will be charged heavily for this Ha ha.... Individual can make lot of difference in our Indian culture to fight against corruption by empoweing ourself with knowledge.
