Police inquiry

Sir, On 23 rd Dec 2017 at 4 p.m. Four Youth came at my rental House. They Informed as they are civic police and have required identity documents like voter ID and Aadhar card: with prior order of local police station. They were in civil-normal dress.Some of rental personnel submit there requirements, without any question. But only I asked them to see the right order or circular against it.Than they contact to a person with me mentioned as a police officer over the mobile.I asked him the same. After that he threatening as he can arrests any time with the IPC rule. A few latter the youths came back to me and ordered to calling another officer But I did not do that.
