In one case i am handling, Police patil get terminated on the basis of complaint application of the villagers without giving him opportunity of being heard.This happened in Ratnagiri , maharashtra. We filed appeal Kokan aayukta , mumbai. We got stay for new recruitment. But what are the ground & porcerdure for terminating police patil. ?
