Police rude behaviour in public

Sir/Madam could you plz explain me in public I was seen many times police behaviour is very bad why police scold common man unnecessary is there right to speak?

Inform the matter to the higher authority of police i.e. S.P. or D.G and also to the Human Right Commission in your State.File a Writ Petition in High Court for over action of police.
