Is it possible for me to shift my OICL Mediclaim policiy to another government unit or private insurers?
I am suffering and not getting claims settled by OICL since I refused the demand for 15% bribe in 2009 though the claim was legitimate and settled after delay of 3 yrs when escalated to seniors.
