Possession of ancestral property

Hi

We have an issue, There is an old home made by our Grand Father of 200 Yards. in Year 1940 Prior Independence.  Grand Father died in 1993 (Had made 14 different wills) & Grand Mother Died in 2004. (without will).

My Grand Father Had 4 sons and 5 daughters. I understand they all get equal share in property if sold. Sons as S1, S2, S3 & S4 & Daughters as D1, D2, D3, D4, D5.

Now I am the  Son of S1 and Grand Son. I am willing to stay in that home. Right now keys are in my possession.

Can I go to live (make my home) there??? If yes, What Things I should keep in mind if I do?

Right now My some goods are lying in empty home. Pls mention some court rulings for support.

Yet probate is not taken from court nor any civil case is there on property. Fully free from dispute.

Thanking you.

Milan

You can go and and stay in the house until the property is partitioned.

You mean untill probate is taken or after probate and sold to third party?

If there is no probate than other legal heirs can also join me in possession or not? any legal obligations to me?
