POSSESSION OF GRANDFATHER'S LAND PREVIOUSLY DONATED AS ROAD

MY GRANDFATHER IN 1982 DIVIDED HIS AGRICULTURAL LAND INTO 2 ROWS OF PLOOTS (15 ON EACH SIDE IN AARAS) AND LEFT 20 FEET ROAD ON EACH SIDE. ON ONE OF THE SIDES THE ROAD WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 2014 BUT THE WHOLE SECOND ROW WAS PURCHASED BY A SINGLE PARTY WHO IS USING AN ALTERNATE ROAD.

AFTER MY GRANDFATHER'S DEATH IN 2004 THIS AREA(ROAD) WAS TRANSFERD TO MY FATHER IN 2009. MY GRANDFATHER NEVER GAVE IN WRITING TO ANY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY THAT HE IS DONATING THAT PART OF LAND AS ROAD, BUT THE REGISTRIES IF THE PLOTS ALONG THIS ROAD STATED THAT THEY HAD THE ABOVE ROAD ON ONE OF THEIR SIDES.

SO CAN MY FATHER TAKE THIS ROAD UNDER HIS POSSESSTION OR SELL IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE, IF YES THEN CAN ANYBODY TAKE OBJECTION TO IT?

The coloniser might have deposited the map with MC..........

That in itself can be an evidence....

Sir, at that time my Grandfather did not divide his land following any society or colony norms, but just in 'AARAS' (A form of measurement) and did not submit any map in MC.
