Possession of land

My land is come under industrial zone area. In 1995 i saled that land but it not sale because its under kulkayda so the buyer make power of attorney to buy property and make sale deed but whatever he fix price of sale that not fulfilled by the buyer he cheat me so i m not giving possession of that land. In 2008 he done ferfar in 7/12 utara and include his name and now he want that land. He make that deed on his brother name and showing that the land is buy for industrial development use. He cheat me and not giving the amount which fix by him. That time land price was 3.50 lakhs but he giving me only 1 lakhs...suggest me .....

Dear kavita ,

You have an option to file specific performance suit  on immediate basis. And take injunction for not to create third party rights and sell the property and also  pray for appointment of court reciever . Let property be in hands of court reciever till final hearing and pendinfg of the matter .

You shou;d file suit immediately without any further delay to protect your title and interest in the property.
