I want to know if power of attorney given by a living person remains valid even after his/her death?
If no, then what can can be done ?

If the principal  dies the  power of aattorney  automatically expires. The agent no longer legally represents the principal and must relinquish all powers of authority. 

Reagrding whatt the POA was executed ?
