POWER OF ATTORNEY

A joint power of attorney was executed by 3 persons in favor of one person. One of the 3 died. Will the power of attorney executed continue to be valid with respect to the other 2 persons.

NO THE POWER OF ATTERNY CANNOT BE IN FORCE, ALL LEGAL HEIRS OF DESEASED MUST COME IN PLACE, AGAIN A FRESH AMENDMENT GPA HAS TO BE REGISTERED,THIS IS THE PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN AP.

No power of attorny can't be in force.Other 2 can execcute new power of attorny
