Selection Committee only interviewed a few candidates for the post of Vice Principal of a college. but none has been recommended but asked for re-advertisement. there is no procedure / criteria prescribed for such appointment by rule. But some candidates are more than qualified as per advertisement and the post is vacant for quite long time now without being filled up and there is urgency in filing up. What are the grounds for challange of such act on the part of the selection committe. what act / behavior of the Selection Committe can be said to be malafides. Any examples ? Pl. give any relevant citation. Thanks.
