Here are the issues
1. Our builder did not make a society even after 5years of giving possession
2. We got 60% of the members to consent to making a society and apprached DDR
3.DDR ruled in our favor and ordered us to apply for CHS certificate which we got
4. We held elelctions in the presence of Govt. Authorities and were told the society is no come into being
5. We have written to the builder for conveyance but he has not replied
6. Bank account in the name of the society has been created
7. PAN card and Service tax registration also is done
THE PROBLEM
1. many of the residents are selling their apartments and want an NOC from the society
2. The builder is charging then Rs.150/- per sq feet if he has to issue NOC
3. In view of the legal status of the society can the society charge Rs.25000/- and issue NOC to the new buyer of the apartment in the society?
