MR A IS QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRECARY AND PRACTISING CS PROFESSION. HE IS ALSO QUALIFIED LLB AND HE ALSO WANTS TO PRACTICE LAW  i.e  HE WANTS TO PRACTICE BOTH PROFESSIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY. IS IT POSSIBLE.

Do not you think the advocate act violates Article 19(1)(g) { fundamental right of doing trade,business etc ) of the constitution.

Since there is no provision in Advocate Act or BCI rules then how any Bar Council can refuse the registration of other practicing professional like CS/CA/ICWA.

Do not the members think that refusal of such registration in BCI is arbitrary and not backed by act/rules
