Hi, We're awaiting judgement in our divorce case. It's been pending for more than 3 months now. One of my friends suggested about a prejudgement copy. What are the uses of a prejudgement copy? Can my soon-to-be-ex marry with a prejudgment copy. Thanks.

There is no term as prejudgement copy, Judgement are delivered in open court and when it is delivered you can get a copy of the judgement, there is nothing like prejudgement copy, you can rather pray for delivery of the judgement before the concerned court by making an application under Order XX Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure for fixing a date for pronouncing the judgement.
