PREJURY against wife

Sir I got aquital from 498a and DP 3/4 ACT from Lower court JM first class . The order was like that PP failed to proved any EVEDENCE and allegation true against the accused hence accused are aquiited from this charges. Now I want to teach a lesson to my greedy wife and her parents. May I file PREJURY against her if yes then how and where I m from Kolkata and she is from jharkhand also I aquital from jharkhand court. Any sample or template if u have them pls share....
