Primary shares partation

sir. My client father was died in 1970's. living behind no will. no nomination. Her father was one of the shareholder in reputed company.her brothers not intrested to the give a share to my client. my client wrote a letter to company. Company not respond. What is the procedure for obtain the 1/3rd share of my client? and what to do my client?.
