I am doctor joined in private hospital from August . hospital subjected me for duty hours 60-70 hrs of work. first 2 weeks I worked but hospital had continued to put similar duties in 3 rd week consist daily 9 hours day duty, night 16 hours 2-3 times in a week & Sunday 24 hours .
to which I asked to reduce duties for which hospital was reluctant.
after which I have sent complaint letter stating it's mere harrasement on the part of hospital of subjecting more than 48 hours a week. & stopped going to hospital. after 2 days hospital sent me warning letter stating uninformed absenteeism & will take strict action against it.
how to deal with such situation.
