The Legislative process in India is made through proposals in the form of a bill that are brought forward either by the Minister or by a private Member. In the former case it is known as Government Bill and in the latter it is known as private member bill. In India every bill passes through three stages callled the three readigs before it is passed. To become law it must passed by both the House of Parliament that is Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and then approved by the President of India.

'Private Members Bill in Parliament' most probably it is called 'Private Bill'. Govt.bill is those, which being putted by the ministers, on their official capacity as minister before the parliament, & private bill is those, which putted by the member of parliament as in the capacity as member of parliament.
