There is a will registered in Chennai from a testator who is a christian. He passed away last year.
Under Christian law should this will be probated before the legal heirs can enjoy the bank accounts and transfer of property in their names or can they do wthout probating it? 2 other children had not been included in this will.
I tried reading section 213 of the Indian succession act to this regards, but I still am not clear as to wheather probabting the will is required for christians in Chennai.
Please explain.
