IT might have been mentioned that confirmation shall communicated in writing.
In that case until confirmed in writing establishment shall treat on probation period.
IT is duty of stakeholders /bosses to initiate and complete appraisal in time.
You may keep the performance record and copy of previous appraisal and policy on appraisal, threats of termination with you.
For the time being that all you can and must do.
