Problems in getting Injunction orders

Due to lawyers boycott in Andra Prades, Kadapa dist

he is not presenting himself before judge for any injunction orders, because of boycott

 

       (our) Plaintiff s lawyer failed a suite on 12-11-10 for

1)      Declaration of Title

2)      Consecution Injunction against 1st Respondent

3)      Permanent Injunction against 2nd Respondent

 

 

      Our Lawyer has submitted all documents to Court on 12-11-10 of our Agriculture land and

       we got the case suit num on 18-01-2011,

     

      But Two Respondents have not received any summons from court why

 

Our Lawyers not able to take, Interim Injunction or

Consecution Injunction against 1st Respondent

and Permanent Injunction against 2nd Respondent

 becouse of lawyers boycott , he is not presenting himself before judge in court for injunction orders

      can we represent ourself  in court and get injunction orders against respondents

please help us and tell how to take Injunction orders

When the advoctes are abstaining the Court, the party can appear and represent the case.  There is difference of consequential injunction and permanent injunction.  find out what you want.  You can seek personal service on teh respondents who ahve not recieved notices from the Court.
