Procedure and format to file rejoinder

Hello Experts,

I am looking for a format of rejoinder to be filed on behalf of petitioner under DV Act.

Petitioner has filed following documents

1. Main Petition under various acts of DV Act

2. Interim Application under section 23 of DV Act

while the respondent has filed one single 'Reply' covering the objections to main petition

and also the para-wise reply,

Now is it necessary petitioner to file rejoinder, as the objections taken by respondent is only one para and that is also very vague,

Thanks,

Nishant

If there is nothing new to add, then there is no need to file rejoinder.  Even then if you are interested to file rejoinder, at the outset make the statment - "until and unless specifically admitted that each and every content of the reply filed by the respondent deemed to be specifically denied".  Later on para-wise denial statements you make and end the paragraph by saying "the contents of corresponding para of the petition are reiterated".

This is helpful. One must include these para's in his rejoinder to extract maximum out of the pleadings.
