Procedure to apple in high court inter-state

Dear Friends,

Is it possible to challenge State “A” District Family Court Judgment to a State “B” High Court?  If yes! What is the procedure?

Thanks.

@ querist you need to appeal in the high court of same state

The jurisdiction for appeal in HC lies in the same state where trial court had adjudicated it's judgement.

if the judgement is reportable then it can be used throughout indian courts means some judgment will be remarkable judgement

limitation of jurisdiction applies from state to state and district courts judgement can be appealed in the same state high court and cannot be challenged in another state high court
