The property is located in Tamilnadu. It was a tenancy agreement for 4 years and not registered. After expiry of the lease agreement, tenant did not vacate and also did not heed to demand of paying market rate for the rent.
He has started depositing the rent in Court and also filed a petition for fixation of FAIR rent.
