Only high court has power to quash the f.i.r. you should file urgently at bombay high court or session court. before police file chargesheet.

which is imp.

This will apply in high court only.

FIR can be quashed by High court only but you should possess sufficient and substantial evidence for that.

@ querist

Quashing of FIR before filing of chargesheet  is not easy unless

1 no jurisdiction is there or

2 no case is made out against the accused on bare reading of FIR

or 3  it can be established that allowing the proceedings against the accused would amount to an abuse of process of law.

If you still want to try your luck file a petiton under crpc 482 in HC

regards ASHOK
