Process to change dob in birthcertificate

I want to know that how to change DATE OF BIRTH in Birth Certificate.

In School Leaving Certificate, date is right . but in Birth Certificate, date is not right.

file a complaint to change the date of birth to department. if they refuse file a suit for declaration of date of birth in civil court.

Yes i fully agree with Mr. Ganesan. First file a compalint with your employer along with the evidence you rely upon with regard to your correct DOB. if your employer refused then file a suit bfore the civil court for declaration with regard to your DOB and for mandatory injunction against your employer to change your DOB in sevice records.
