can you pl explain? what are the diff. stages?

On getting certified get prepared a appeal and you shall be required to serve an advance copy of appeal to opposite/respondents. On filing if the appeal is without any defect or on clearance of all defects the appeal will be listed before the court when the argument should be advanced by appellant and if the court find genuine ground requires court intervention then court issue notice to respondents and on service the opportunity is given to respondents to file their counter and appellant file their reply. Thereafter, appeal is being argued by the parties and court decide the fate of appeal.
