Producing witnesses by Applicant in Minimum Wages claims case.

Minimum Wages claims authority in Mangalore Karnataka is insisting the respondent to apply for attendance of Applicant's witnesses. I believe the entire burden of producing witnesses on Applicant's list of witnesses is on Applicant only. However it is learnt that Authority is going to pass order only on the basis of evidence of Applicant ignoring the evidences of other witnesses list submitted by applicant himself. This is grace violation of principles of natural justice and equity. your comment
