Hi All,
I have purchased a flat from a reputed builder and the project has 7 Buildings, though only one is being constructed along with amenities. Builder will be providing possession in 6-8 months. I want to know the following:
- Can we (flat owners being united) form a society (after a timeframe) once possession is handed over to flat owners of this building (approx 200+ flats in one building)?
- Can a conveyance deed (after a timeframe) be executed even if the builder has not constructed the remaining 6 buildings, which builder can delay because of pricing and other reasons?
- Can we take a legal route in case the builder comes up with shoddy construction or messing up the amenities which are promised to flat owners ex: Intercom facility,Swimming Pool etc.?
Please provide information on available options to flat owner/s regarding their actual ownership on land.
